How we calculate these metrics

Monthly Simulation: Each month we simulate: (1) Apply retention to existing free users, (2) Acquire new free users = Marketing Budget ÷ CAC, (3) Convert a % of new free users to paid, (4) Apply churn to paid users.

Revenue: Subscription Revenue = Paid Users × Price/mo | Ad Revenue = Free Users × Ad ARPU/mo

Costs: Total Cost = Marketing Budget + (Paid Users × Cost per User)

Key Metrics: MRR = Paid Users × Price | ARR = MRR × 12 | LTV = (Price - Cost per User) × (1 ÷ Churn Rate)
